When Kimberly reached out to me to photograph their wedding I was so happy I was available. They planned their wedding in six weeks! I was blown away by their commitment to getting things checked off the seemingly never-ending, ever-growing wedding checklist. The way she described her vision for their day was perfect! The intimate gathering at Matt’s family farm on Saturday was low-key and filled with love. From their portraits to their dances, the ceremony with one of Matt’s longtime friends officiating to cutting the cake everything was planned out perfectly.
They all worked their butt’s off the day before getting the farm and everything ready. While I didn’t see them working the day before, I could tell they definitely put in some hard work and love into the farm. What I did see that I thought was so great, was Kim’s dad setting up the food and making sure everything went smoothly and then he ate last to make sure everyone got a plate first. Of course there was plenty of food, great food, but his service to his daughter on her wedding day did not go unnoticed!
Thank you for letting me be part of such a special day in your lives! Here’s to a beautiful start to a beautiful marriage. Congratulations to Mr. and Mrs. Kenton!!
