Dustin and Jennifer were married in a beautiful Bible Baptist church in Mount Orab, Ohio on a dreary Saturday afternoon in September. However, their ceremony was not a reflection of the weather outside. All of Jennifer and Dustin’s friends and family gathered to celebrate their marriage. Dustin and Jennifer exchanged vows and rings, but they also did a revised version of the Covenant of Salt. Instead of the salt ceremony, they decided to use soybeans and corn. They both studied agriculture in school and they wanted this to be something to match the theme throughout their home. They have a farmhouse setting so they decided corn and soybeans would be perfect!
When I met with Jennifer and Dustin, you could tell their love for one another was already so strong. They were so giddy in love! I have known Jennifer my whole life and when she contacted me about photographing her wedding, I was ecstatic! Jennifer and I went to high school together and played sports together, as well. I’m extremely glad I had the chance to give her memories for a lifetime of one of the most important days of her life!
I can’t wait to see how God uses Dustin and Jennifer, together and separately, in the future! Congratulations and I wish you both nothing but the best!! Enjoy the highlights from the day below.
